1- Nature of Manufactured Products (3D Printing)

  • Made to Order:All lighting units at "Takween" are custom-made for each client using 3D printing techniques.


  • Materials Used:We use high-quality (PLA/PETG) materials, and the products feature fine layers resulting from the manufacturing process, which gives the pieces their unique artistic and technical character.


  • Image Accuracy:We strive to display accurate images, but color shades may vary slightly based on the user's screen settings or surrounding lighting conditions.


2- Order and Manufacturing Policy

  • The order is confirmed once a confirmation message is received via email or WhatsApp.


  • The product preparation and manufacturing time is from3 to 5 business daysbefore shipping.


3- Prices and Payment Methods

  • All prices listed on the site are in Egyptian pounds.


  • The site reserves the right to update prices, and the customer is bound by the price displayed at the time of payment.


  • Available payment methods: (Credit card payment - InstaPay - Cash on delivery).


4- Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within Cairo and Giza within48 hoursfrom product readiness.


  • Delivery to other governorates takes from3 to 5 business days.


  • The customer bears the shipping cost indicated in the invoice summary before final confirmation.


5- Return and Exchange Policy


  • The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within14 daysfrom the date of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect or damage resulting from the shipping process.


  • The product must be in its original condition.


  • In case of a return, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method after inspecting the product.


6- Usage and Responsibility

  • Lighting units are designed for indoor use only.


  • Low heat (LED) bulbs must be used to ensure the safety of the material used in the design. 

  • "Takween" is not responsible for damage resulting from the use of incompatible bulbs.


7- Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and trademarks on the site are the exclusive property ofTakween brand. It is strictly prohibited to copy or reproduce them for commercial purposes.
