Formation Policy


First: Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Product Availability:All orders depend on the availability of materials and the printing plan. If an item from your order is not available, we will ship the ready parts first, followed by the rest as soon as they are printed.

  • Shipping Costs:Shipping fees are non-refundable and are determined based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

  • Delivery Times:The duration may vary depending on the shipping company's procedures and the size of the order, and your order may be received in separate shipments.

  • Product Inspection:In case of any damage resulting from shipping, you must notify us within24 hoursonly from the date of receipt.

  • Large Orders:For orders valued at20,000 EGPor more, a50% depositis required to start the manufacturing and printing process.

Second: Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns:You can return the product within14 daysfrom the date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. The value will be refunded (minus shipping costs) via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer.

  • Installment Orders:In case of return for an installment-paid order, the entire order (not partially) will be refunded with the shipping cost deducted.

  • Exchanges:Available within14 daysunder the same conditions as returns.

  • Manufacturing Defects:If the product is installed and a manufacturing defect appears within the first 14 days, we commit to performing maintenance a maximum of 3 times. If the defect persists, the product will be replaced with a new piece of the same model.

You can request to stop updates at any time, and we guarantee that we will not sell or share your data with any third party without your consent.

Fourth: Payment via Vodafone Cash Wallet

You can pay easily and securely through the store:

  1. Choose "E-wallet" as your payment method.

  2. Enter the phone number linked to the wallet.

  3. You will be redirected to the payment page to enter your password and the one-time password (OTP) that you receive in a message.Subscribers are subject to Vodafone and TAKWEEN policies regarding financial transactions.
