1. Product Nature & 3D Printing Aesthetics 
2. Takween products are digitally crafted using advanced 3D printing technology. The presence of fine horizontal lines or subtle surface textures is an inherent characteristic of the additive manufacturing process and is considered part of the artistic and architectural design. These are not manufacturing defects but a signature of the 3D-crafted nature of each piece.

4. Lighting & Heat Warning 
5. All Takween products are specifically designed for LED bulbs only. The use of any other bulb types (such as incandescent or halogen) may cause permanent damage to the 3D-printed material due to high heat. Takween holds no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of non-LED lighting.

7. Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping and return costs in cases of returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

10. Shipping Damages 
11. We guarantee the safe delivery of our products. Any damages caused during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Takween will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the claim and provide a replacement for the damaged part immediately.

13. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Egypt law.
